About the Sales Manager position
We are looking for our first full time Sales Professional(s) to target Letting Agents and Housing Providers to help grow market share in London and the rest of the UK.
- Developing leads with letting agents and housing providers, following up, closing sales
- Set, report and track sales funnel pipeline using Pipedrive
- Based on clients feedback, prioritise needs and contribute to the product roadmap
- Build lasting relationships with key decision makers in your target accounts
- Collect feedback, requests, share updates e.g. new features
- Support the Operations team who handle account setup and support requests
Skills & Experience
- Self-starter who enjoys taking ownership and delivering outstanding results
- Motivated and driven with a ‘can do’ attitude
- You are structured and methodical in your approach
- Confidence in selling in person, at events and/or over the phone
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
- Tech savvy, with a good understanding of driving innovation in technology, particularly in the property/rental market
- Values: honesty, genuineness, common sense, takes responsibility. Organised and dependable
- Must be able to live and work within the UK without restriction
- Advantageous: prior sales experience, property/rental market experience and knowledge
